Are you receiving an error message about content deliveries when installing or upgrading S-Docs?
If your Salesforce organization does not have the Content Deliveries and Public Links feature enabled, you will not be able to install or upgrade the S-Docs package. Attempting to do so without enabling this feature will result in an error referencing the ContentDistribution object, such as:
Invalid initializer type List<ContentDistribution> found for Map<Id, SObject>
Why is this needed now? Our package now relies on the ContentDistribution object.
This is a requirement to install the latest version of S-Docs (Fall ‘24 release and on).
To enable this Salesforce feature, follow the steps in this article. Then, you should be able to install and upgrade S-Docs seamlessly. If the feature is enabled and you continue to experience any concerns with installation, please reach out to support@sdocs.com
