S-Sign provides permission sets to assign to your admins and users out of the box to ensure they have access to the necessary S-Sign objects. Click here to learn how to assign permission sets to users .
When granting users access, you should always start by assigning your users a minimum access profile and assigning permission sets and permission set groups on top of that based on their job function. Click here to learn Admins best practices for User Management.
S-Sign permission sets
S-Sign comes with the following permission sets.
- S-Sign Site Guest User: This permission set is required to give access to S-Docs/S-Sign for S-Sign Site Guest Users.
- S-Sign Site Internal User (legacy): This permission grants access to S-Docs/S-Sign for users who are on the SSign Connected App.
- SSign Administrator: This permission set grants access to the S-Docs template editor and SSign Setup.
- SSign Experience Cloud User: This permission set grants Experience Cloud users access to send S-Sign requests (Users with the “S-Sign User” permission set have some permissions that can't be assigned to some types of Experience Cloud User/Profile).
- SSign User: This permission set is for internal user and gives them access to generate/send S-Sign requests.
