Troubleshooting issues and solving roadblocks in S-Docs just got easier with our in-app support and help center tools.

  1. Click the dropdown in the tab that you're in, then click S-Docs Help.
  2. You will then be taken to our help center, where you can easily view our selected documentation to get answers common obstacles that can be encountered when configuring or using S-Docs.
  3. Get answers to questions on basic installation and configuration, advanced configuration, end-user training, and S-Sign. 
  4. If you need to file a support request with our team, you can also do this easily from our app. Click on the dropdown arrow in your current tab and click on S-Docs Support Request.
  5. Click Submit New Case.

And fill out the case details as needed. You can now add a priority level to the case (from very high to low) and add collaborators in the CC Emails field.
